Slurry pump impeller introduction:
The slurry pump impeller refers to a wheel with a moving blade, and also refers to a general term for a disk and a rotating blade mounted thereon. The impeller is a key component of the slurry pump and is a rotating body with blades that transfers energy to the liquid. It is composed of a number of curved blades.

Natural rubber slurry pump impeller:
Natural rubber slurry pump impeller, wear-resistant, anti-aging, good wear resistance, tear resistance and stability, anti-aging.
It is mainly used in metal, non-metal mining, cement, heavy medium coal preparation, electric power and other industrial and mining enterprises. It is the central component of slurry pump for conveying suspended particles. The product has reasonable structure, long service life, high efficiency and small design load. The rubber impeller and the metal impeller differ greatly in their characteristics:
The rubber impeller is generally better at corrosion resistance than the metal impeller (high chromium), but the corrosion resistance is not very good. The metal high-chromium alloy impeller generally has good wear resistance. Therefore, when selecting the slurry pump, the material of the impeller must be selected according to the customer's industrial and mining conditions and the composition of the slurry. Generally, for alloys of nickel, molybdenum and other minerals which are not very abrasive, the rubber pump can be selected; for iron ore, gold ore, etc., the metal lining is selected.
